4. During the session we will discuss about your goals, prior training history, current food intake and other necessary things to ensure your training is smooth and effective!

I will provide you guidance while you workout yourself, my frequency of meeting with you will reduce from once per week to every 4 - 6 weeks to ensure you're on target with your training!
